Position Overview

All Sport Health and Fitness is seeking a highly energetic professional and experienced Front Desk Manager to lead and oversee our reception team. This management role ensures exceptional member service, operational efficiency, and consistent execution of company standards. The ideal candidate is a confident, organized leader with strong customer service, communication, and team-development skills.

This role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays to support full club operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide leadership and oversight for front desk operations across indoor and outdoor facilities.
· Maintain and promote a strong “Member First” service culture.
· Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor reception team.
· Create and manage staff schedules to ensure complete operational coverage.
· Maintain a consistent, visible presence to support team members and engage with members.
· Ensure accurate execution of check-in procedures, membership verification, and guest policies.
· Oversee organization, cleanliness, and professionalism of the front desk and entry area.
· Address member concerns promptly and professionally, escalating when appropriate.
· Support and promote club programs, special events, and activities.
· Attend management meetings, staff trainings, and development sessions.
· Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director or Club Managers.
· Perform Manager on Duty (MOD) responsibilities as scheduled

Qualifications

· High school diploma or GED required; additional education in business, fitness management, or hospitality preferred.
· CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
· Basic proficiency with computers and administrative software.
· Minimum 1–2 years of customer service or hospitality experience; supervisory or managerial experience strongly preferred.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
